EUROGES MANAGEMENT ADVISORY was founded in 1997 in Bilbao with the main mission of offering a global service to a group of companies in the residential, industrial and logistic fields.

EUROGES provides a global vision of the business and its operations, knowledge and experience in the negotiations and the signature with the different agents involved in the projects (suppliers, technical and facultative managers, insurance companies, etc.), knowledge of the geographical area, the needs of the potential client and the market standards of the area.
EUROGES has participated and managed the promotion and construction of more than 2,300 houses and 120,000 m2 of industrial and logistics warehouses.
In addition, it has commercialized and managed the leasing of the warehouses and offices, for their maintenance in patrimony and for later sale.
